Yes, Your registered address and delivery address can be different. Kindly note address mentioned at the time of placing the order will be final and cannot be changed.
At the time of delivery, you are requested to ensure that the packaging is intact, no part is damaged or missing of your product. In case you find any damage, kindly contact our Customer Service Representatives at [email protected] (9 AM – 9 PM IST) and inform about the same within 24 hours of delivery
We, at Bhrayna Bags, work to ensure that you get what you see on our website. We do not offer exchanges (unless the product was damaged on arrival and we are unable to replace the item) and refunds for order cancellations.
Please note: Some courier companies charge a penalty for incorrect shipping addresses, wherein the address and zip code do not match. The customer will, without exception bear the cost of any such penalties and/or fees, not Bhrayna Bags. Please make sure your shipping address is correct. In the event of a reshipment of the same order, customers will be responsible to pay re-shipping charges for the reshipment
